This paper proposes the fast and accurate electro-thermal model of existing Simrod three-phase inverter for an electric vehicle (EV) application. The research focuses on analytical dynamic models inverters that can be applied multi-applications. optimal design approach passive filters is presented DC AC sides inverter. has been established, including a mathematical representation induction motor (IM). high-fidelity simulation with integrated power loss thermal established. state-space (for IRFS4115PbF device) created incorporated into MATLAB simulation. then validated PLECS software-based to confirm accuracy. Indirect field-oriented control (IFOC) designed squirrel-cage IM at maximum rating 45 kW implemented MATLAB/Simulink. comparative analysis between real simulated results performed validate specific speed, torque, current. Furthermore, experimental data using efficiency temperature comparison. developed beneficial designing, optimizing, developing advanced technology-based achieve higher particular operating range quality. new European driving cycle (NEDC) speed profile are demonstrated.
